The Melbourne rental apartments are furnished with quality fittings and are self contained. All apartments are fully carpeted in the living areas and tiled in the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry and balcony areas.
Our serviced apartments have a combined lounge and dining room, with separate bedrooms for privacy.
Each apartment has air-conditioned cooling and heating, but if you prefer the natural outside air there is a full sized private balcony with outdoor setting.
In the lounge there’s a television, video and DVD player with comfortable sofa setting and coffee table.

All our Melbourne apartments have full security, with secure entry and security personnel on duty after hours. Visitors can enter the buildings via a secure intercom that links directly to your apartment.
