Is there a minimum stay period?
Our requirements are for a 3 night minimum stay period unless your requirements are immediate.
How do I proceed with a booking?
After receiving a quotation you are ready to make a booking.
In order to secure a booking we require a $300-$500 security deposit amount. This amount is fully refundable at the end of the stay (less telephone charges and line access if applicable).

How do I check-in?
Upon arrival in Melbourne our guests call us at least half an hour prior to check-in so we are able to make arrangements to welcome them at the apartment. Most guests call us from the airport after arrival.
We greet all of our guests at the accommodation premises and personally welcome them into the apartment. After a brief summary of the apartment to explain where facilities are and how to operate them we collect the accommodation payment and hand you the keys.
Early and late check-ins outside of office hours are catered for by appointment.
Most guests take a taxi from Tullamarine Airport (Melbourne) direct to the apartment location.
A shuttle bus service stopping at Southern Cross Station (formally known as Spencer Street Station) is also available.
How do I check-out?
Upon check-out you simply and conveniently return the keys on the table within the apartment and close the door locked behind you.
Our check-out time is 10am. A later check-out time of 2pm may be available at a charge of $50. Later check-out times of up to 6pm will be charged at 50% of the daily rate.
What is the cancellation policy?
Upon booking cancellations the security bond will be forfeited. In the case of change of booking dates, the rate may vary if the accommodation period is shorter or revised to a peak period.
What is included in the apartment and rate?
Linen and towels are provided and the apartment is serviced on a weekly basis. All utilities such as gas, water and electricity are provided.
The City and Southbank apartments have complimentary use of the building’s facilities such as indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, BBQ and tennis court.
One secure carpark beneath the building is complimentary with each apartment.
For metropolitan units there is a private lock up garage.
How many guests can the apartments sleep?
The 1 bedroom apartments in the City and Southbank accommodate 2 adults with a queen bed. Some of the 1 bedroom apartments also have a sofabed in the lounge.
The 2 bedroom apartments in the City and Southbank accommodate up to 4 adults comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. There is also an option for 2 x queen beds.
The 2 bedroom Metropolitan Units accommodate up to 4 adults with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.
Are extra bedding and baby cots available?
Additional bedding can also be provided within each apartment with the provision of a portable foam mattress and associated linen that can be placed anywhere within the apartment at a charge of $20 per person per night. A maximum of 2 portable beddings can be provided.
We can provide a baby cot (without linen) within the apartment. The charge is from $10 per night and cheaper for longer term stays.
Is there a phone within the apartment and what are the charges?
Yes, we are able to provide a telephone with direct dial out within the apartment. This is optional and there are line charges of $7.70 per week or $28 per month.
Calls are charged at Telstra rates with no time limit for Local calls at $0.33 each. STD, Mobile and International calls are timed and charged accordingly. Refer to Telstra for call rates.
The security deposit may be held up till the final telephone bill is received and then the charges deducted and the balance refunded.
Is internet connection available?
There is only internet connection via the existing land line within the apartment with your own laptop modem and ISP. For longer stays there is an option to connect to broadband or ADSL.
What methods of payment do we accept?
We currently accept Visacard, Mastercard, Cheque and Cash.
