The Melbourne Metropolitan Units are conveniently located in some of Eastern Melbourne’s best residential areas including Mount Waverley, Oakleigh and Forest Hill. The units are designed to feel like a home away from home, and they offer the facilities to match. They are close to the commercial offices, shopping centres and transport networks.

2 bedroom units are fully furnished. The lounge has a television, video and DVD player.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. All linen and towels are provided and the units are serviced on a weekly basis.

The kitchen and laundry in the Melbourne Metropolitan Units are fully equipped with everything required for cooking and washing. There is a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and board.

There’s an air conditioning unit in the master bedroom and a space heater in the lounge.

Each unit has a private backyard with an outdoor setting and a remote controlled lock up garage.
